Learn Present continuous tense through Urdu

جب بولتے وقت کام چل رہا ہو تو وہاں present continuous tense ہوتا ہیں -

اس ٹےس کے ہندی جملوں میں رہا ہے، رہی ہے، رہے ہیں آتا ہے -

وہ گا رہی ہے -
She is singing.

فوج ہماری طرف بڑھ رہا ہے -
Army is heading towards us.

تم مجھے کہاں لے جا رہے ہو؟
Where are you taking me to؟

اب تمہیں کس انتظار ہے -
Who are you expecting now؟

Near future کے کسی پلان کو بتانے کے لئے بھی present continuous tense کا استعمال کیا جاتا ہے

پاپا کل آ رہے ہیں
Father is coming tomorrow.

میں آج مووی جا رہا ہوں
I am going to cinema tonight.

کچھ ہندی کے جملہ بولنے میں تو present continuous tense لگتے ہیں میں ان کو ہم present indefinite tense میں translate کرتے ہیں -

اس طرح کے جملوں میں دیکھ کے ساتھ ساتھ ہم آرکیٹیکچرل وکر کا اندازہ لگاتے ہیں -

اس طرح کے جملوں میں ہم دیکھی جانے والی آرکیٹیکچرل کی صورت حال کے بارے میں مکمل یقین نہیں ہوتے ہیں، مطلب ہم صورت حال کا صرف اندازہ لگاتے ہیں ہم 100٪ sure نہیں ہوتے کہ ہمارا اندازہ بالکل درست ہے -

جیسے
آپ اس جملے کو دیکھیں اب تمہیں کیسا لگتا ہے تو پڑھنے میں یہ جملہ present continuous tense کا احساس ہے پر کیونکہ کہنے والا دوسرے شخص کی حالت کے بارے میں 100٪ sure نہیں ہے کہ وہ اچھا محسوس کر رہا ہے یا برا -
اس لئے ایسے sentense کو ہم present indefinite tense میں بنائیں گے -

اب تمہیں کیسا لگ رہا ہے
How do you feel now؟

اس جملے کو اکثر ہم علاج کے بعد مریض سے پوچھتے ہیں -

اس کے شمال میں مریض کہہ سکتا ہے کہ
اب مجھے اچھا لگ رہا ہے -
I am feeling good.

یہاں ہم نے present continuous tense کا استعمال اس لئے کآ ہیں کیونکہ بولنے والا اپنی پوزیشن کے بارے میں 100٪ sure ہے -

کیا بات ہے؟ بہت خوش لگ رہے ہو -

یہ کسی جانور کا لگ رہا ہے -
It seems to be of any animal.

اس شدھ گھی کی بنی لگ رہا ہے -
It seems to be made of pure ghee.

Feel

اب تم کیسا محسوس کر رہے ہو؟
Now، how do you feel now؟

کیا تمہیں پیاس لگ رہی ہے؟
Do you feel thirst؟

Smell

مجھے خطرے کی بو آ رہی ہے -
I smell danger around.
